How to order?

You place orders at our online ordering system; add the date, time, and address for your convenient curbside pickup at our commercial kitchen location; or delivery to your place

What payments do you accept?

We accept popular payment gateways, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Interac, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. However, the system does not allow you to cancel after check out. You can email or phone to let us know, then we can cancel it on our end. Your payment is voided.

How do I know if my order is successfully placed?

You will be receiving notifications via your email and/or phone for successful orders and ready for pickup.

How can request for allergy notice?

You can add notes at cart checkout.

How will my order be delivered to me?

You have options of pickup at our commercial kitchen location, or please add the shipping address to your online order. The food is delivered on Fridays between 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm if you order on Tuesdays @11:00 am; or delivered on Tuesdays between 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm if you order on Fridays @11:00 am.

What are the delivery charges?

For meals, the delivery fee is charged for your order in Edmonton AB. For packaged roasted ground coffee, the charges are estimated based on the shipping options you choose. The shipping rates are product weight-based.

Do you accept orders for special events?

Yes, we accept pre-orders for company events, groups, and families.
